The Society of Directors of Municipal Recreation of Ontario Canada To All To Whom These Presents May Come Greeting: We the Regents, Senate and Executive of this Society certify that: Margaret Alberta Phillips has complied with all the requirements of law, and after examination by the Board of Regents, has been judged qualified to practice Recreation in all its branches and, thereby, is privileged to the title of: Registered Director of Municipal Recreation which is hereby conferred. Having pledged to honour The Canons of Good Practice, and having accepted the responsibilities and obligations implied and embodied in membership of the Society, is hereby admitted to: Fellowship with the right to unrestricted practice, all the honours, privileges, and prerogatives pertaining to that degree.
