Epp, A. ErnestAgora was the monthly newsletter/magazine published by Lakehead University's faculty and staff. It was published by the external relations office, and read by many in the university community.

This collection consists of data on over 12,000 probated decedents in Ontario and Manitoba for 1872 to 1927. The historical probate wealth data was collected for four regional areas: Wentworth County, Ontario (1872-1927), Thunder Bay District, Ontario (1885-1927), Ontario (1892, 1902) and Manitoba (1873-1927). The data is in the form of hard copy survey sheets (paper records) and compiled spreadsheets (electronic records.)

This collection is of recordings, photographs, and ephemera related to C.D. Howe, the engineer, contractor, and long-time Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister. It includes:

A media kit, produced by Grand Council Treaty Number 9. Titled "Reed's Greed," the materials here relate to opposition to Reed Paper (Canada) Ltd., the company responsible for mercury pollution in the English & Wabigoon River system, affecting the people of Grassy Narrows First Nation/Asubpeeschoseewagong Netum Anishinabek.
Most material dates from 1976. At this time, Reed was planning an expansion of its forest products operations and requesting increased timber rights from the Ontario government. This is also a time after the mercury pollution had been identified by researchers and made known to governments, but long before any settlements were reached.
Documents include media releases, clippings, information sheets, and posters for protest events in Winnipeg.
Most materials are in English; some in an Indigenous language written in syllabics.

Consists of photographs of particularly mining development in Northwestern Ontario in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as the waterfront and shipping, local scenery, and notable figures. Also includes some correspondence; railway construction plans.
The collection consists of photo albums, photographs, newspaper clippings, assets, agreements, stocks, bonds, certificates, correspondence, miscellaneous items, and two videos with the same recording. The collection is composed of three sous-fonds:

Armson, Kenneth AveryThis time capsule reflects the intentions of the builders of the Labour Temple at the start of construction. It demonstrates an awareness of posterity and their hopes for the cultural significance of the building. The documents clearly reflect the socialist beliefs of the builders.

The Alumni Association of Lakehead University Collection consists of records, photographs, ephemera and objects donated by alumni over the years, demonstrating the history of Lakehead University and its students and alumni.
The administrative files contain Alumni Association minutes and reports, membership lists, budgeting information and events files. The news clippings and releases contain newspaper clippings and news/press releases from Lakehead University and the Alumni Association. Publications include items such as the Agora paper that was released by Lakehead University and other publications that were used and acquired by students, staff or alumni of Lakehead University. The photographs and negatives also include contact sheets and slides from Lakehead University. The photographs and negatives series include a number of different items from the campus, student and faculty, events, and sports. The Artifacts and Ephemera include presentation poster board materials and information as well as promotional materials that were distributed by Lakehead University.
