These records were donated by Mr. R. J. Flatt of G.R. Duncan & Co. Ltd, and a single piece of correspondence was donated by Mr. Eli Bro. It is likely that these records came into the custody of Mr. Flatt due to his involvement in the real estate and property industry, as all of the records are from the Wink & Cameron law firm which dealt with property law.
