The records were maintained by various members of the Thunder Bay chapter of the Canadian Federation of University Women until being transferred to the Lakehead University Library Archives in 1986 by the President Christine Bode.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, membership lists, newsletters, photographs and slides, and other various records associated with the activities of the club. Arranged into the following series:

Arrangement
The files were kept by numerous different individuals who held executive positions within the club. As a result the original order was partially disrupted and had to be restored by the Archivist.
