Memos, Report of the Ad Hoc Committee, and Senate motion approving the policy on placement of past final exams and retention in the library. The undergraduate past final examination file is held and available in the University Library. Various email correspondence on a seminar on Document Delivery and Image Technology, scanner advice; electronic storage and scanning; document imaging with Gopher; electronic reserves conference, and E-RBR (Electronic-Reserve Book Room). Handwritten notes from Library Exam Committee and journal articles that deal with technological advances. Also correspondence from OCUL-ILL Task Group members (also known as the OCUL-VDX Project) progress toward OCUL’s VDX implementation.
