Scope and content
This file contains a series of handwritten notes written by Penny Petrone. This file also contains a typewritten document with information on Harry Robinson (1900-1990) who grew up in the Similkameen Valley B.C. and was a retired rancher. Robinson's writing was inspired from the oral tradition of story-telling from his grandparents and was edited by Wendy Wickeire. Additionally, this file contains a newspaper article from The Globe and Mail on Saturday, February 10, 1990 titled "The voice and performance of the storyteller." The article is a review by Thomas King on Harry Robinsons book titled "Write It On Your Heart: The Epic World Of An Okanagan Storyteller."
