Photocopy of "Report of a Preliminary and General Social Survey of Port Arthur" from March 1913 as directed by the Department of Temperance and Moral Reform of the Methodist Church and the Board of Social Service and Evangelism of the Presbyterian Church. Also a photocopy of "Report of a Preliminary and General Social Survey of Fort William", also March 1913, conducted by the same organizations. Both documents have notes in the margins and are stamped by the Thunder Bay Historical Museum Society.
