Also an internal Regional Research Development Committee was created to formulate specific proposals for regional development, committee, chaired by A.J. Bruley. A proposal for a Northwestern Ontario Regional Data Resource Service, Thunder Bay, Ontario two-year pilot project was created in March 1975 by the Committee.
