The Research Action Alliance on the Consequences of Work Injury (RAACWI) was initially formed through an ONIWG community-based project in 2004. Partnering with 15 researchers from 6 universities, funded in 2006, RAACWI developed a Community Working Group (CWG) to plan and organize activities and events including training programs like the Injured Worker Speaker School. The education and outreach focus includes RAACWI Community Forums and Action-Knowledge mobilization.
