Margaret Alberta Phillips 16-57 having successfully completed the examinations required and satisfied the Board of Regents in all matters pertaining to the Certificate is hereby awarded the standing of fellow in the Recreation Directors Federation of Ontario and is entitled to all privileges [embodied] in such Fellowship.
