Subseries: The subseries contains various mediums of documents detailing the ninth concert tour of Finland by the Amerikan Laulajat in 2002. For the first time in the Amerikan Laulajat collection, the use of emails as a method of correspondence appears. Further records include compact discs (CDs) and schedules of the concert tour.

These files include a number of displays that have been collected that represent some of the activities and events that Lakehead University and the Alumni Association of Lakehead University have been involved within. Some of the displays are specific to events that put Lakehead University in the news, while others are from conferences or other gatherings that Lakehead was presenting at.

A collection of contact sheets pertaining to Lakehead University. The majority of the contact sheets have matching negatives however there some that are unmatched and unidentified. Those that are identified range from 1987 to 1995.

A collection of negatives pertaining to Lakehead University students and faculty and events that they participated in. There are images related to sports, fundraising and other events that Lakehead University was associated with.

The photographs contain various athletic activities that took place in relation to Lakehead University students, staff and alumni primarily in the 1980s and 1990s.

The events that were held, run, and participated in by those associated with Lakehead University students, staff and alumni. The events range in theme but predominantly relate to theatrical performances, clubs on campus, convocations and presentations held in relation to Lakehead University members.

A collection of negatives and contact sheets that are related to publications such as The Agora or the Argus newspaper that were used or considered in the planning of different issues. Some negatives and contact sheets are matched while others are not. Some are unidentified.

These files include budget information for the Alumni Association: including the organization's spending on various projects and programs. The budgets include overall finances for the Alumni Association of Lakehead University, travel expenses, fundraising, and a variety of event budgets.

A collection of photographs of the convocation ceremonies that took place between 1984 and 1991 for Lakehead University graduates. There are both black and white and colour photographs within the collection and many of the photographs are unidentified.

The LUF mission statement is "Together in liberal religious community, we grow in spirit, nurture inclusive relationships, and act for a just and sustainable world." The board's main attention has been on how to grow as a fellowship and how to best serve members of the community. They have always met regularly to discuss their position and role in the community and how to contribute to the growth of Thunder Bay. They work to bring people together to provide services and create opportunities. This subseries includes material that reveal their commitment to the strengthening of their congregation and how they actively worked to bring people together. Includes LUF specific AGM reports and congregational evaluations, and Sunday Service committee planning.

Correspondence, documents, and reference material regarding child care and day care policy and developments.

Subseries: Textual and graphic records of the 1983 Tour of Finland by the Amerikan Laulajat. Concert programs, clippings, and planning notes make up the majority of the series. Also included is a cassette of the concert program. The 1983 tour was the fifth tour of Finland by the Amerikan Laulajat.
