Includes publications, especially Thunder Gay Magazine, reACT-Believe, and FrontLine; notes, minutes, and correspondence related to formal and informal activism; and news coverage and current events in a variety of media.

The collection includes physical textual materials, video and audio cassettes, digital text, and digital audio and video recordings.

News clippings, writing pieces by youth, Northern Connections publication, brochures and newsletters from United Church and other organizations. Wide variety of topics including same sex marriage, homophobia, community safety, and supporting youth.

Thunder Gay Magazine (television)

A complete run of Thunder Gay Magazine, as produced by Doug Broman for Thunder Bay Television. Shows varied in length, with early episodes 15 minutes, later episodes usually 30 minutes, and some hour-long. Each generally focused on a primary topic of interest to LGBTQ+ viewers, and also included news updates and information about social events.

All are available on VHS cassette and some are also available digitally.
