A collection of the administrative files that pertains to the Alumni Association of Lakehead University including Alumni Association Minutes and Reports, Membership Lists, Budgeting and Event Files. These files contain information related to the Alumni Associations organization as well as broader Lakehead University topics. There are drafts of the Constitution of the Alumni Association of Lakehead University and Board of Governors Reports. The membership lists include local and distant chapter members. Some of the files contain sensitive personal information.

Annual Reports were produced for the Meetings of the Board of Directors. Each Annual Report consists of reports from the President, the Deans of each department, the Librarian, the Registrar, and the directors of Finance and Physical Plant, describing events and matters of concern throughout the year. Some reports also cover the history of Lakehead University.

Materials relate to a project of collecting Finnish historical and archival documents. Includes news clippings, transcripts, notes, articles, and lists of publications and reference materials. Compiled by Hannes Sula in the 1940s-1950s.

Consists of several reports, convention notes, and event pamphlets of the Northwestern Ontario reporting area of the Federated Women’s Institutes of Ontario. The Province was divided by the Federation into 14 broad reporting areas. Districts and Branches fall within each Area.

The collection of Artifacts and Ephemera include a number of presentations that were collected and used for Lakehead University's events as well as promotional materials produced for the university for distribution.

Records include photographs and photocopies of artwork; brochures, correspondence, and news coverage of art exhibitions; records of art sales and donations.
