Kalevan Naiset (Ladies of Kaleva) Ainikin Tupa was established in Port Arthur in 1955. This branch of the international organization held meetings and organized fundraisers and public events. Kalevan Naiset was the sister organization to Kalevan Riitarit (Knights of Kaleva) which also operated in Thunder Bay. Kalevan Naisit Ainikin Tupa began to disband after their last tea in 2025.

Kalevainen, the magazine of Kalevan Naiset and Kalevan Ritarit (Ladies of Kaleva and Knights of Kaleva.) Issues contain annual updates from each Tupa and Maja (Lodge) across North America, including Port Arthur/Thunder Bay.

Articles are variously in Finnish or in English, with more recent editions containing more English.
