Records related to work with the Community Action Group (CAG) in Windsor-Picton Area, Thunder Bay.
The series contains records of the development, programs and incorporation of the Blucher, Picton & Windsor Community Action Group in Thunder Bay, 2011-2017. The files contain surveys, research, minutes and event information; material relating to a project with the Katimavik Program; collaboration with community groups; the Restorative Neighbourhood Hub project; and ongoing community workshops.
The CAG began with a desire to build community in the neighbourhood among local residents, service providers and interested citizens; and to address local issues for community development. Steve Mantis played a leadership role in these projects.
