Original of Bonds, Noble Benjamin Hall Dean to Marcus Samuel Dean and Markland Weston Dean, 1884. The late Samuel Corban Dean appointed three brothers as executors where monies owed to the estate would be collected and paid out with shares of the monies distributed to the sons Marcus and Markland and granddaughters Lillie, Maria and Annie. NBH Dean is living in Brighton at this time.
